Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Rates
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, for a limited time.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States. We're not able to ship to international addresses at this time.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows above, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible after ordering — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
